Register your kit at AmazonDx.com by typing in the collection tube ID or scanning the barcode. The lab cannot provide results if you skip this step.
Collect sample immediately
Immediately after registration, collect your sample, following instructions. The time of sample collection is recorded using kit registration time.
Ship sample same day
Drop sample at UPS same day as collection; Mon-Fri, excluding holidays. Due to UPS schedule, drop before last air drop off time on Fridays.
Get results
You’ll receive results within 24 hours of your sample arriving at the lab, with notifications about where your sample is along the way.
